Step 1 of 5
April 23 · Antwerp

Five questions
before the room meets.

Your answers shape who you'll sit with. We use them to form 4–5 discussion groups where conversations will actually matter. People working on the same tensions, the same questions.

There are no wrong answers. Write honestly. This takes about 4 minutes. Your responses are shared only with the Amana founding team and used solely to design your evening.

Question 1 of 5

Who are you
in the room?

Your professional identity. How you'd introduce yourself at the door.

Tech / SaaS
Finance / VC
Law / Notary
Real Estate
Healthcare
Consulting
Retail / Trade
Media / Creative
Other
Question 2 of 5

What's keeping
you up at night?

The professional tension, challenge, or opportunity that's most alive for you right now. Not your elevator pitch. The real thing.

Be specific. Vague answers lead to shallow conversations.
Question 3 of 5

One thing you want
to change.

In Belgium, in your industry, in the way professionals with our background are perceived. Or something bigger. The conviction that drives your work.

My industry or profession
How things work in my specific field
Belgian society or institutions
How Belgium works for people like us
The Moroccan diaspora community
How we organise and present ourselves
Something bigger: global or systemic
Markets, technology, power structures
Question 4 of 5

What kind of conversation
charges you up?

This tells us what energy to put you in. Pick the one that's most true.

Debating hard questions
I like tension. Disagreement is useful. I'll argue a position until someone shows me I'm wrong.
Sharing war stories
Real experience over theory. I want to hear what happened and tell what happened to me.
Building something in the room
I want to leave with an idea, a plan, or a structure that didn't exist when I walked in.
Hearing different perspectives
I come to be surprised. Give me angles I hadn't considered and people who think differently.
Making something happen
Conversations are only as good as the follow-through. I want decisions, commitments, next steps.
Question 5 of 5

One question you want
the room to hold.

Something you don't have a good answer to. The question you'd want a table of sharp, trusted peers to wrestle with you. Not rhetorical. Genuinely open.

A new perspective I didn't have before
Two or three relationships I'll actually follow up on
A concrete next step for a current challenge
The feeling of having been in the right room

You're in.

Your answers have been received. The founding team will use them to put you in a room where the conversation will matter.

You'll receive a brief note before April 23rd with your group and the topic framing.
Come ready to speak honestly and listen well.
